The questions everyone asks.
I already train hard. Why would this be any different?
Because hard isn't the missing variable. Most training, whether it's bodybuilding volume or steady cardio, barely touches fast-twitch: the fibers that build the athletic look and the athletic engine at the same time. This program points your effort at the thing that's been ignored. You're not doing more. You're doing the part that was missing.
I'm over 40. Is it too late?
It's the opposite. Fast-twitch is the first thing the body loses with age, so training it back matters more after 40, not less. The whole program is built for men over 30 for exactly that reason. You're not chasing your twenties. You're reclaiming the fibers that make you look and move younger.
How much time does it take each week?
You choose 3 to 6 days, and the plan matches your frequency. Three focused days is enough to drive the adaptation. More moves it faster. Sessions are built to fit a real week, not take it over.
What's the difference between the four programs?
Same engine, different emphasis. Ripped is the balance, and where most people start. Shredded leans toward conditioning and leanness. Jacked leans toward size. Superhuman is the full hybrid: lean, fast and strong. You can switch paths as your goals change, and all four come with access.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, $77, for life. That's all four programs, the bonuses, and the app when it ships. No monthly, ever. It's the founding price for the first 5,000 members.
There's no app yet?
The programs work today: full plans, the TRA score, the structure. The app, with the calendar, logging and live scoring, ships to founding members with three months free. You're buying the program. The app is the tool that's coming with it.
What do I need to train? A gym?
The program runs on real strength work plus sprint and power training. A standard gym covers all of it, and most of it adapts to a barbell, a set of dumbbells and space to run.
Who is this actually for?
Men over 30 who train, or used to, and still don't look or move like an athlete. If you're putting in the work and the mirror isn't paying you back, fast-twitch is the variable you've been missing.
What is fast-twitch, in plain terms?
Type-II muscle fiber: the fast, powerful kind behind sprinting, jumping and the shape that reads as athletic, like the glutes, shoulders and calves. It's what sprinters are built from, and it fades first with age unless you train it. This program trains it.
