In high school I trained at IMG Academy alongside future NFL and NBA stars. In my twenties I studied under Charles Glass — the Godfather of Bodybuilding — for over 200 sessions. I got jacked. But I couldn't sprint without looking ridiculous. Bodybuilding made me strong but it killed my athleticism. Then I discovered what elite sprinters looked like — shredded, powerful, explosive — and everything changed.

I combined bodybuilding with sprinting and jumping. In six months I was in the best shape of my life — leaner, faster, stronger, more explosive. That's how The Ripped Athlete™ was born. I developed the system I wish existed decades ago.
