Jacked
Size that still moves
Jacked is the size path: twelve weeks of hypertrophy and strength work with athletic finishers, for someone who wants to be visibly bigger without losing the ability to move. It is not a cut and it is not a conditioning block. Most people who pick it are choosing it over Ripped because the mirror, not the stopwatch, is the complaint.

Is Jacked for you?
- What you get
- Muscle and strength work with athletic finishers. You grow. You do not stiffen.
- When to switch off it
- When you have the mass you wanted and the complaint changes from not enough to not lean enough. That is usually Ripped next, or Shredded if you have a date in mind.
Your mirror said you need more. Start here.
How Jacked compares
The most size-focused of the four. Ripped splits the difference, Shredded goes the other way toward conditioning and leanness, and Superhuman assumes the size is already there and goes after power.
All four are on the one payment. Start here and switch when the goal switches.
All four, side by side.
Questions on Jacked.
Will I get fat running Jacked?
That depends on what you eat, not on the program. Jacked is a training emphasis rather than a diet, and the athletic work in it is there precisely so that a growth phase does not turn into a slow one.
Do I still sprint on Jacked?
Yes. The athletic work stays in, which is the entire difference between this and a conventional mass program. You are not trading movement for size.
Is Jacked a good place to start?
It is if the honest complaint is that there is not enough of you. If you are unsure, Ripped is the default first path for most people.
